Michaela Baur-Samborn, RMT

Michaela recently graduated from the Massage Therapy Diploma program at the Alberta College of Massage Therapy with Honours. She is a compassionate and curious massage therapist who wants to help her clients feel comfortable in their bodies.

Before going into Massage Therapy, Michaela completed a Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Victoria and worked in accounting for a decade. Eager to learn new skills that would allow her to connect and assist others, she decided to make a change and discovered her intuitive approach to Massage Therapy. ​​

Michaela uses an array of techniques in her practice, including myofascial release, hydrotherapy, Swedish and non-Swedish techniques, and trigger point release. Her passion lies in helping others regulate their nervous systems so that their massage treatments can have a lasting effect. She believes strongly in client education and would be delighted to help you on your healing and wellness journey.

Rebecca Beach, RMT

Rebecca graduated with honors from  Alberta College of Massage Therapy program in Calgary. There she earned her 2200hr Massage Therapy Diploma. She is  a firm believer in a holistic approach to health and healing. She takes the time to listen to the clients needs and requests and uses massage techniques best suited to their needs.  â€‹

 

She is currently working in the education system part-time. When she is not assisting students with their studies she is perusing additional training in her massage therapy  career. Being a life long learner she is enrolled in extra curricular studies that include cupping therapy, Thai foot massage, hot stone massage techniques, and manual lymphatic drainage. All of these modalities will be offered as the courses are completed.

Rebecca  uses Swedish and non-Swedish techniques, trigger point release and hydrotherapy in her massage sessions.  Hydrotherapy, stretch and strengthening techniques are discussed at the end of each treatment. Educating the client on health topics, relaxation and overall well-being. Happy to serve you and your families.
